Your Saturn Vue (2002–2010) is a compact SUV — and in San Diego County there is always another buyer for one that runs. Skip the listing, the messages, and the no-shows: one intake, one clear offer, free pickup.
The offer we make is the offer you get for 7 days.*
The price holds as long as the vehicle, title, mileage, and condition match what you submitted. If hidden or unreported damage is found at pickup, we’ll make the adjustment and give you a counter-offer on the spot — and the decision is yours.

Common Vue problems we still buy
Early CVT automatic failure
The continuously variable automatic offered on early four-cylinder Vues is a well-documented weak point, prone to slipping, shuddering, and complete failure. The unit was discontinued and is expensive to source and replace today, so many owners sell the vehicle instead of funding that repair.
Honda V6 timing belt and transmission service
Vues with the Honda-sourced 3.5L V6 need timing belt replacement on schedule, and their five-speed automatics can shift harshly or fail when fluid service was skipped. Either job costs money on a crossover, which is why owners often sell rather than catch up on both.
Electric power steering loss
Later Vues use electric power steering, and motor or sensor faults can make the steering suddenly heavy, sometimes with a warning light. Diagnosis can lead to a column or motor replacement, and owners facing that bill on an aging Saturn frequently choose to sell instead.
Green Line hybrid system aging
The Green Line's belt-driven motor-generator, 36-volt battery pack, and control electronics are now old, and faults can disable the hybrid assist and auto-stop features. Replacement packs and specialist diagnosis are hard to justify on a low-value crossover, so sellers pass the vehicle on as-is.
Every one of these is a condition answer on the form — report it and it is priced in from the start, never discovered at pickup.
How selling your Vue works here
01
Tell us about the car
Year, make, model, mileage, and where it sits. A VIN speeds things up but is not required to start, and the pickup address tells us which local run the car joins.
02
Answer 12 condition questions
Wheels, battery, key, whether it starts and drives, the catalytic converter, and the rest — the same checklist our buyer verifies in person, so the offer is built on the car you actually have.
03
Get one clear offer
We review every application by hand and send one offer, guaranteed for 7 days when the car matches its description. Accept it and pickup is free anywhere in San Diego County.
What we buy — your Vue included
Most 2010-and-newer cars
Sedans, SUVs, and vans from any maker, clean or with fixable issues.
Fixable issues welcome
Battery, glass, panels, and exterior damage from the 12-point checklist — each priced in plainly.
Trucks of any age
Pickups are the top of our want list — working trucks, high-mileage trucks, Japanese trucks included.
Japanese vehicles of any age
Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Subaru hold up in Southern California, and we price them that way.
Where the line is
We buy the cars the big guys reject — but we are not a junk buyer. These fall outside this buying program, and we would rather tell you now than waste your time:
No working key
Blown engine
Shot transmission
Major structural damage
Heavily stripped
Trash-filled or severely neglected
The Vue generations we buy
The first-generation Vue (2002–2007) launched Saturn's SUV line on a steel unibody with plastic body panels, using four-cylinder and V6 power, including a Honda-sourced 3.5L V6 from 2004. A Green Line mild hybrid joined for 2007. The second generation (2008–2010) moved to a conventional steel body shared with other GM crossovers, with 2.4L four-cylinder, 3.5L and 3.6L V6, and hybrid versions, in front- or all-wheel drive.
State the engine clearly in San Diego: the Honda-powered V6, the four-cylinder, and the Green Line hybrid are very different ownership propositions. Note front- or all-wheel drive, and keep hybrid service paperwork with a Green Line, since that system is the first thing a buyer will ask about.
Vue seller questions
Can I sell a Vue with a lien or a lost title?
Yes to both — name the lender or pick the title situation that matches yours in the form. Complicated paperwork is part of what we handle, and we explain the correct next step before scheduling.
My Vue has early cvt automatic failure. Will you still buy it?
In most cases, yes — that is a known Vue issue and it is priced into the offer from the condition answers you submit, not discovered at pickup. Describe it honestly and the offer already reflects it.
What Vue years do you buy?
We buy Saturn Vue vehicles across the 2002–2010 range we commonly see, and we will look at older ones case by case. Condition matters more than the year — a high-mileage Vue that starts, drives, and has a working key is exactly what the form is for.
Do you buy a Vue that failed smog?
Yes. Smog failure is one of the 12 condition answers, so the offer accounts for it up front. You do not need to pay for diagnosis, repairs, or a retest before pickup.
